Greck was retained by multiple adjacent landowners to undertake flood feasibility studies, including preparing a new hydrologic and hydraulic model to define flood and erosion hazard setbacks along a remnant watercourse in the City of Toronto.
Regulatory flood and erosion hazards were mapped on topographic survey information to delineate the limits of development in accordance with regulatory policies and guidelines along with a technical report supporting the analysis completed.
Consultation was required with the development team and involved review agencies, including The City of Toronto and The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority.
