Greck was retained to undertake a site plan design for the re-development of a single detached residential home. Engineering services included the provision of a detailed stormwater management plan, grading plan and erosion and sediment control plan in coordination with the architect, arborist and geotechnical consultants.

Deliverables included detail design drawings for construction as well a design brief in support of proposed stormwater management LID objectives. Deliverables were prepared for review and approval by the City of Toronto and Toronto and TRCA in accordance with regulatory and provincial guidelines and standards.
