Greck was retained to provide civil engineering services to support this multi-storey commercial building. Our work included the preparation of detailed grading plans and functional servicing for sanitary and watermain design as well as a stormwater management plan. Prior to proceeding with civil engineering works, Greck obtained approval to build within a historical floodplain that encompassed the property, thereby opening the opportunity for development.
