Greck is serving as the lead civil engineer for a proposed 10-storey residential tower consisting of 77 residential units with underground parking.

As part of the project, Greck provided specialized municipal servicing and water resources engineering expertise to undertake an external sanitary capacity analysis. The assessment evaluated the existing and proposed sanitary demands associated with the development and determined requirments necessary to accommodate the additional flows.
