Greck were retained to provide civil engineering services to support the design of a multi-storey office building fronting the QEW in Burlington.  In addition to SPA requirements, engineering plans to extended 700m of new municipal  sanitary and watermain infrastructure were provided to service the subject development and other properties within the service extension. Design and approvals, including close consulation with Halton Region, Oakville, MTO and the MECP was required.
