Greck was retained to undertake a Flood Study to determine the regulatory floodplain extents for the subject property in support of future development endeavours.

A detailed hydrologic study was completed for the 150 ha watershed of Errol Creek including all upstream municipal drains and contributing tributaries within the predominantly agricultural landscape.  Resulting flows were hydraulically modelled to determine flood hazard extents within the subject property.
