Greck provided detailed civil engineering design services to support site plan approval and municipal road urbanization for a major mixed-use development in the heart of Georgetown, adjacent to the Georgetown GO Station. The development consists of two 12-storey residential buildings and one 8-storey building, comprising more than 600 residential units.

The project required comprehensive municipal servicing upgrades and the urbanization of the surrounding local road network to accommodate the increased demands associated with the development. Greck’s civil design services addressed site grading, stormwater management, municipal servicing, and roadway improvements to support the proposed development and integrate it with the existing municipal infrastructure.

Greck worked through the site plan approval process and coordinated the proposed infrastructure improvements to provide a practical and functional design that supports the development while enhancing the surrounding municipal road and servicing network.
