Greck is proud to be providing speacilaized civil and water resources engineering services alongside our project partners in support of this exciting new development in Caledon, Ontario.

The approximately 2.5 ha site development includes a single 61,000 Sqft prestige industrial building featuring warehouse and office space, with surface parking to support office uses and areas designed to accommodate large vehicle traffic and storage.

Greck’s scope includes the preparation and oversight of site servicing, grading, and drainage plans to support the successful design and implementation of the proposed development. This work is being completed in coordination with Greck’s broader involvement in the Simpson Road Secondary Plan, which includes participation with other stakeholders to prepare a Municipal Environmental Servicing Plan (MESP) that involves  several other development sites, the extension of Simpson Road, and the design and integration of a new natural channel corridor.
