Greck was retained to provide civil and water resources engineering services to facilitate the design of a 12 storey residential condo and 3 storey townhouse complex.  A 2D floodplain analysis was conducted to address flood hazard requirements including civil site servicing for private and public infrastructure and the extension of muncipal sanitary and water services.
