Greck was retained to provide engineering services to re-habilitate an existing industrial parking lot, including parking for 83 vehicles and multiple loading docks.

The project included the removal of existing asphalt and substrate and reinstallation of engineered material to withstand heavier loads. The parking lot was re-graded within existing property constraints and included drainage characteristics to improve long-term durability.

Greck oversaw all civil engineering requirements and related approvals/permits from local agencies on behalf of the owner and provided construction administration and inspection services. Deliverables included a lot grading and drainage plan, cost estimate and tender package.
