Greck is the civil lead for a 25ha, 13-lot industrial subdivision that will require the extension of existing municipal infrastructure and a large stormwater managment pond facility.

Our civil and water resources team is currently working with stakeholders to address floodplain extents/requirements and the design of a stormwater management system that will offer a treatment train approach, utilizing a combination of LID's with private and shared facilities to promote water balance and treat water quantity, quality and erosion control.
