Greck was retained by Hesperus Village in Vaughan, a retirement community, to undertake an investigation of the existing stormwater management (SWM) facility and prepare an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) report.

As part of the study, Greck completed an as-built survey and detailed site reconnaissance of the existing SWM facility. The investigation identified a damaged outlet structure and sediment accumulation within the facility. Greck prepared a summary report documenting the existing conditions and provided recommendations to repair, restore, and maintain the SWM facility.

The study also included the development of a long-term Operations and Maintenance plan to support the continued effective operation of the facility. In addition, Greck prepared a preliminary design and SWM strategy to accommodate a future parking lot expansion while maintaining appropriate stormwater management and drainage requirements.
