Greck was retained to undertake the detail design of a municipal sanitary sewer extension for an existing combined sewer in Toronto.

The design included the preperation of detail design drawings for construction to support two new townhouses.

Greck prepared all necessary supporting capacity analysis and documentation including a detailed cost estimate for tendering and securing the necessary permits from the City of Toronto and the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP).
