A multi-lot infill subdivision was proposed for this unique lot in the City of Toronto. Greck facilitated all civil engineering deliverables, including a functional servicing report and engineered design drawings. 

Greck participated in public consultation sessions alongside the City of Toronto, TRCA and other retained consultants in support of the development.
