Greck was retained to undertake the site plan design for the re-development of a single detached residential home in Toronto, Ontario. Engineering services included the provision of a detailed stormwater management plan, grading plan and erosion and sediment control plan in coordination with the architect and arborist consultants.

Additional hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and related engineering services were required to address the existing major drainage and headwater feature located on the property.

Deliverables included detail design drawings for construction as well a design brief in support of proposed stormwater management LID objectives. Deliverables were prepared for review and approval by the City of Toronto and TRCA in accordance with regulatory and provincial guidelines and standards.
