Greck was retained by two independent land developers to undertake a hydrologic and hydraulic analysis to determine regulatory flows and resulting floodplain extents for a Tributary of the Scugog River known as the “Unnamed Tributary” or “Distillery Creek” in Lindsay, ON.

The 235 ha fully developed drainage area was modelled using the latest version of PCSWMM software and utilized detailed LiDAR and related topographic data retrieved from the City of Kawartha Lakes.

A detailed summary report was prepared to support the analysis completed on behalf of both developers.
