The owners of Crescent Hill Acres retained Greck to undertake a flood study to assess existing flood conditions on their property with the intention of improving safe access to their home and farm. 

Following the preparation of updated floodplain mapping, the owner was approved to construct a new creek crossing on the property to improve access.  As such, Greck prepared detailed design drawings and a cost estimate for a new driveway and creek crossing. Drawings and supporting calculations were reviewed and approved by the Town of Plympton-Wyoming and Saint Claire Region Conservation Authority.
