Greck was retained by the architect to prepare a stormwater management and grading and drainage plan for a proposed single detached residential home.

The drainage plan included detail design drawings and supporting design brief featuring a reverse slope driveway and rearyard headwall outlet. 

Deliverables were provided to the City for review and approval in accordance with municipal and provincial regulations.
