Greck was retained by the City of Hamilton to oversee the detailed design of a new parking lot addition that included a stormwater management, bio-retention facility to receive drainage and provide stormwater quantity and quality control utilizing low impact development strategies.

Detailed grading, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control plans were provided for construction in accordance with municipal and provincial requirements and local regulatory authority approvals.  A design brief was also prepared to supplement construction design drawings.
