The Churchdown Mews Subdivision was the third and final phase of a three phase development, consisting of 38 single detached homes. Greck was retained by the developer to oversee the final design of the subdivision providing project management services to the client.

Additional design and construction administration services were provided to support the Town’s assumption of all three development phases including SWM facility maintenance, final ROW completion, public access repairs as well as other remaining items as part of the subdivision agreement.
