Greck was retained to provide specialized civil engineering services.  This included the preparation of a retrofit drainage plan to replace and improve the existing drainage system for this established townhouse complex in Toronto.

The plan included assessing and sizing a new private storm drainage network within a limited access, infill area. A detailed drainage plan with supporting sizing calculations and an erosion and sediment control plan was prepared in accordance with municipal and regulatory design requirements.

Building permits were obtained from the TRCA and the City of Toronto. Greck prepared tender documents and provided site inspection and certification.
