Greck is the civil lead for this 12ha, industrial warhouse development that will require the extension of existing municipal infrastructure and a large stormwater managment pond facility including channel re-alignment. The proposed development includes 399 parking spaces and 81 loading docks and is to be inclided into the 401 Industrial/Business Park Secondary Plan.

Our civil and water resources team completed design a stormwater management system that will offer a treatment train approach, utilizing a combination of LID's with private facilities to promote water balance and treat water quantity, quality and erosion control as well municpal water supply and sanitary. 

Greck played a critical role during ZBA approval to designate the lands as Industrial Area and refining the Natural Heritage System limits on the subject lands to promote development as well as enhance existing ecology.
