Greck was retained to provide a functional servicing report and detail design plans in accordance with the City of Mississauga's DARC / pre-consultation process. Design elements included municipal road works with extended sanitary and water supply as well as a detailed grading and stormwater management plan.

A detailed grading plan and retainingwall design was implemented to accommodate external grades and to meet  stormwater management requirements for this infill development.  LID features where proposed in the form of bio-retention.
