Greck was retained to undertake a water balance study for a proposed industrial development in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. A detailed analysis was undertaken using local precipitation data and geological information to determine existing infiltration characteristics and the preferred stormwater management solution.

Deliverables included detailed design drawings for the construction of two roof water infiltration facilities with a supporting design brief summarizing our technical analysis. Greck worked with the conservation authority, municipality and other retained consultants to implement the Low Impact Development solution.
