Greck was retained by Appleways Townhouse Condominium Board to address chronic drainage problems impacting the community pool, private backyards and basements.  CCTV investigation identified a number of key problems which ultimately required the installation of new drainage infrastructure, grading and related erosion controls. Greck identified the drainage problems, prepared engineering drawings and secured building permits.  Greck prepared a cost estimate and facilitated the tendering process, overseeing all construction administration and construction.
