Greck was retained by the Toronto District School Board to prepare detailed site servicing designs to improve local drainage conditions and repair an existing sanitary lateral.

As part of the project, Greck developed grading and erosion and sediment control plans to support a parking lot retrofit and improve site drainage. The proposed improvements were designed to address existing nuisance flooding and improve the overall functionality of the site drainage system.

Greck also designed improvements to the existing sanitary lateral, including new cleanouts and enhanced conveyance to address recurring clogging issues. The coordinated grading, drainage, and sanitary servicing improvements provided a practical solution to existing site deficiencies while accommodating the school’s ongoing operations.
