Twin Regency Condominium

Greck were retained to provided civil engineering design services for a proposed multi-use condominium in Bradford West Gwillimbury. The proposed development consists of a 6-storey mixed use commercial and residential apartment building, consisting of 8 commercial units and 228 residential units. The development is to include 3-levels of underground parking for 345 vehicles.

Greck has completed a functional servicing report and preliminary design drawings. This included undertaken a detailed investigation of the Town’s existing sanitary system and available capacity as well as undertaking a hydrant flow test to assess available water supply and fire flow in coordination with the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. A stormwater management strategy including considerations for LID features was prepared to accommodate water balance and infiltration requirements.

Greck has also provided specialized services to address requirements necessary for developing in a regulated area, most notably setbacks attributing to flooding, erosion and slope stability from the local creek feature, a tributary of Holland River.

Detail design drawings for construction are to be prepared by Greck including detailed grading and servicing plans along with an erosion and sediment control plan to accommodate all phases of development, including dewatering operations that will be required during parking lot construction.
