Bernida Subdivision

Greck were retained to provide a tailored functional servicing report and detail design plans as per the City of Mississauga's DARC process and associated pre-consultation. Deliverables included a municipal roadway with extended sanitary and water supply infrastructure as well as detailed grading and stormwater management. Being an infill development within a well-established neighborhood, grading was required to minimize impacts and match external grades along with a stormwater management plan that utilized low impact development features such as bio-retention. The preferred design plan included the use of individual high end private sanitary pumps to accommodate topography. Grading plans included retaining wall features to provide rear walkouts in support of architectural design concepts.
