Greck is serving as the lead civil engineer for a proposed two-tower mixed-use development in Mimico, located at the northwest corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Legion Road. The development will consist of 10- and 37-storey residential towers, providing approximately 575 condominium units, ground-floor retail, dedicated parkland, and contributions toward improvements to nearby green space.

As part of the project, Greck provided specialized water resources engineering expertise to address complex flood hazard constraints that were holding back zoning approval. Greck assessed the site and surrounding drainage conditions, developed appropriate flood and stormwater management solutions, and worked to integrate the proposed development with the applicable regulatory requirements.

Greck’s multidisciplinary civil and water resources expertise helped advance the project through a critical approval stage and provided a practical engineering approach to resolving flood-related constraints associated with the development.
