The approximately 3-acre development includes 32 industrial units across two buildings, with surface parking to support office uses and areas designed to accommodate large vehicle traffic.

Greck’s scope included the preparation and oversight of site servicing, grading, and drainage plans, helping support the successful design and implementation of the new development.
