Greck prepared a MSMP for 511 ha of future development lands known as the Northwood Business Park. These lands include several protected wetlands and existing downstream flood vulnerable lands. The study included, Identifying existing drainage system deficiencies, updating existing hydrology, flood hazard management and recommending stormwater management BMP's to address the potential impacts of land use change as well as creating enhancements where possible. The MSMP will be used by the City of Oshawa and Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) to direct and support regulations for the discharge of stormwater.
