Bramhall Circle Subdivision

Greck were retained to prepare a functional servicing report and detail design drawings to support the extension of Bramhall Circle Road and associated underground servicing for this 8 townhouse infill residential development.  Upon draft approval, Greck provided detail design drawings for construction, including considerations for an acoustic berm/wall combination  for Highway #410. Rear lot infiltration trenches were provided to meet watr balance and on-site retention objectives in accordance with provincial and municipal requirements. Design utilized the latest OPSD, Municipal and Regional standards and criteria. Close consultation with the City of Brampton, Peel Region and MTO supported the procurement of necessary approvals in a timely manner and obtaining pre-servicing.  Greck partnered with planning, geotechnical, electrical, acoustic, architectural and OLS consultants to successfully prepare the required deliverables.
